The location is not big but the Food is amazing you can taste the love of home made hands from the kitchen to the table. Came in for the first time to try it out was not disappointed started with some crab ragoons they were soft nice and creamy on the inside Red Oil Shepherds Purse & Pork Wontons its nice and spicy where it burns but makes u want some more lips are still on fire as i type this. Then ordered shrimp paste wontons the soup is amazing full of flavor, ordered some fried pork strips they were nice kinda reminds me of small chicken tenders full of flavor. To end the meal we tried the boiled pork napa cabbage dumplings. They were the best so delicious.

This was my first time trying Fu Dumpling, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! Everything about this meal was excellent from start to finish. I started with the egg drop soup, which was incredibly tasteful with a wonderful, silky egg texture — you can tell they take their time getting it right. The vegetable spring roll was clearly homemade and freshly fried, with a flavor that puts store-bought versions to shame. The main event was the 8-piece chicken and cabbage potstickers, and wow — these were phenomenal. They're fried in a way I've genuinely never seen before, giving them this incredible crisp, lacy bottom that adds so much texture. Truly a standout dish. I also ordered the Mongolian beef with fried rice, and it did not disappoint — tender beef, great sauce, and perfectly cooked fried rice to soak it all up. On top of the amazing food, the restaurant was spotless and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. It's clear this place cares about quality, from the handmade dumplings to the customer service. Go hungry — because you will absolutely leave full and satisfied. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon the soft opening of Fu Dumpling in Carrollton, and what a great find! We only wish we'd been hungrier so we could have sampled more of the menu. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Ordering is done through a convenient self-service kiosk, which also offers additional menu items that aren't listed on the printed menu. We tried the egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, vegetable spring rolls, and the pork & napa cabbage dumplings. Yum, yum, and more yum! The restaurant is on the small side, but I have a feeling they'll do a booming takeout business. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back soon to work our way through more of the menu. If you're a fan of Chinese food, do yourself a favor and put Fu Dumpling on your radar. It's absolutely worth checking out!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Fu Dumpling. Everything was super flavorful and fresh. It’s definitely going into our regular rotation for takeout!

We really enjoyed the food here and the family running it was very nice! My favorite was the spicy shrimp dumplings and the shrimp fried rice. The kung pao chicken was also very good and the chicken was nice and tender.
